Mistral is now our European AI provider

We have implemented Mistral as the managed LLM behind the next wave of Remote Room assistance: practical help for rooms, sharing, meetings, support, delivery, and subtitles, with one switch to turn it all off.

  • Roomy is in progress as a small helper for room organization, share links, project questions, support, bugs, and feature requests.
  • Meeting transcription and summaries, Delivery automation, and subtitle and translation workflows stay on the EU AI path.
  • Business and enterprise customers can bring their own LLM and their own S3-compatible storage instead of using the managed stack.

remoteroom.io now plugs into the tools your team already trusts

The remoteroom.io API makes it easier to connect rooms to pipeline tools, dashboards, scheduling helpers, and AI assistants while keeping access narrow and easy to revoke.

  • Create account, team, or room keys, then choose read-only or read/write access for the job.
  • Limit each key to the actions it needs, from reading media and comments to updating Todos, calendars, subtitles, delivery, Quick Calls, and Shot Tracker.
  • Approve agent connections through a browser flow and revoke them from settings whenever the work is done.

Room access controls are easier to hand to clients and vendors
